About the Role
Based on planned or unplanned stoppages, he will prepare detail resource plan to carry out on site and workshop activities.
Ensures that all the equipment coming to the workshop for service/maintenance properly registered in the request logbook, tagged.
Ensures that all the equipment taken for service/maintenance properly serviced, tested, recorded, and transported to the site or stores.
Ensures that timely raising of spare requirement needed for a year.
Document maintenance history of equipment and report materials consumption, tools, man hours & skills utilized.
Receive assigned maintenance schedule and get spares needed to effect maintenance/repairs.
Ensures the cleanness, tidiness, and well-being of the workshop as well as the equipment, tools, and tackles.
Ensures that the right person assigned for the right job.
Contribute input for future rehabilitation and upgrade.
Ensure safety to self and coworkers during attending maintenance.
Effectively utilizing all resources including manpower.
Track and compare performance of repaired machine against planned target.
Carry out on-the-job training to Technicians.
Prepare monthly performance report and submit timely.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superiors.
