Responsibilities

Design and develop architectural plans that meet clients need
Collaborate with clients and stake holders throughout the project life cycle
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
Conduct site inspection to ensure project adherence to designs
Liaising with Clients and other team members.
Provide clarification drawing approval process with municipality office

Required Skills

General experience: 2 years & above in architectural design

Proficiency in Auto CAD , ArchiCAD , Lumion V-ray and other design and render software especially with deep knowledge in Revit

Professional License: Graduate Architect

The candidate should have good communication skill and should be versatile in various architectural and engineering software.

Candidates should possess relevant experience in this field. Ability to work in a team environment, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication capabilities are required.
